BARDENS ESTATES LANDLORD REFERRAL SCHEME

At Bardens Estates we are always on the lookout for more landlords who might benefit from our services. We realise that our approach is very different as we don’t charge tenants fees – no tenancy set up or admin fees. We don’t even charge tenant renewal fees. This is obviously great news for our tenants, and our landlords benefit too as their properties let more easily.

With the Bardens Estates Landlord Referral Scheme anybody can refer a landlord to us and potentially earn themselves £50. You might be a tenant who can refer your current or previous landlord. You could be a friend of someone who is a landlord, or you could even be a landlord yourself.

If you know a landlord who might be interested in hearing about our approach then please let us know their details, either by email at lettings@bardensestates.co.uk or by phone on 01892 527317. In return we will give you £50* if the landlord successfully lets a property through us. There is no limit to the number of landlords that you can recommend to us, and so no limit to the number of £50 referral fees that you can earn!

There are no catches – the £50 is paid directly into your bank account once the landlord signs and their property is successfully let by us.

We would like to thank all of you who have recommended our services so far. We strive to offer a fantastic service for our clients and it’s great to be so well regarded and appreciated.
