I was amazed by how good Bardens are. I mainly had contact with Steve. I was impressed how he combines a quiet integrity and brilliant negotiation skills. He clearly cares about the experience of and the results obtained by both seller (in this case me) and buyer. I was feeling unusually anxious, and time over time Steve combined perfect professionalism with just the right touch of reassurance or perspective. I’ve bought and sold many times, and despite that this time was the most stressful for me in terms of my personal circumstances, the process was the least stressful for me in terms of process.
